OSI Pro-Series® QUAD® Advanced Formula Sealant now features a low VOC formula, meeting all the stringent new State and Federal VOC regulations. In addition to providing outstanding adhesion performance, OSI Pro-Series QUAD Low VOC is the leader in color matching for the siding industry and offers the largest color palette in a VOC product.
OSI Pro-Series QUAD Low VOC Advanced Formula Sealant is a multi polymer formula providing superior, all-weather adhesion and easy extrusion, even through water and in temperatures below 20 degrees. Its unique formula provides excellent stretch and movement capability. When cured, QUAD is mildew-resistant and will not crack or yellow. It is available in a variety of colors to match gutters, vinyl windows and siding for added aesthetic appeal.
In addition, siding contractors no longer need to rely on nails, screws or pencils laying around the jobsite to puncture the inner seal of the nozzle, as the OSI Pro-Series QUAD Low VOC also features a Break-A-Way Seal™. This seal breaks away easily once the cartridge is installed in the caulk gun and pressure is applied, making rooftop or high-height jobs easier. In addition to the ease-of-use, the break-a-way seal eliminates the risk of product contamination from using foreign objects to break the inner seal of the cartridge.
OSI Pro-Series QUAD Low VOC Advanced Formula Sealant is recommended for use on porous and non-porous building materials for exterior applications on vinyl, aluminum, steel, copper, fiber-cement, stucco, most masonry, fiberglass, cedar and composite wood building materials; metal or vinyl gutter systems; and most home roofing repair projects. It is available in 10.2-ounce cartridges with 4-inch spouts.
